Holistic approach to resilient electrical energy distribution network planning

This paper proposes a two-objective linearized resilient architecture (LRA) model for distribution networks to achieve strictly network during natural disasters like earthquakes and floods. To obtain this goal, the proposed LRA framework is based on planning of energy storage system (ESS), hardening tie lines, backup distributed generation (DG). Therefore, minimizes sum expected operation costs in first objective function, total load shedding repair originates from floods second function. Also, it constraints model, equations operation, reconfiguration formulation. Moreover, stochastic programming models uncertain availability equipment disaster condition, electricity price. In next step, ε-constraint-based Pareto optimization used an equivalent single-objective best compromise solution. Finally, strategy applied standard test network. Numerical simulation confirms capability method obtaining disasters.
